Sir, 

    We, the students of your school, would like to draw your attention to the fact that we are learning the English language in our classes in the communicative method. This method is helpful for acquiring the four skills of language listening, speaking, reading, and writing. We are very much aware of the necessity of learning English and we want to develop these skills. But we have very little scope for acquiring speaking and listening skills in the classroom. For this, we need a separate hour as well as an environment. A language cha is the best solution to this. Our English teacher Mr. Kamruzzaman is also interested in guiding us in the club to develop our spoken English.

We, therefore, hope that you would kindly take the necessary steps for setting up an English language club on the school premises so that we can develop our spoken as well as other skills in the English language.
